What data we process and why

We only process the data you provide when you contact us by email (name, email address and the content of your message), for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry.

Legal basis

Your consent when contacting us and, where applicable, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. We use providers acting as data processors: Cloudflare (web hosting and anonymous statistics) and Zoho (email).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mail [at] chinola [dot] es. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
